I recently took a short trip to Seattle to visit the city and see if it was a place I might want to live. During my stay I checked out a few key spots, the first being the very beautiful Bellevue Botanical Gardens. Here are a few shots from this tranquil spot….
From there we took a trip down to the heart of Seattle and visited Pike Place and the Great Wheel on the pier. I would have loved to visit a bunch of restaurants and tested out the cuisines of Seattle but it wasn’t an option this time around. What we did get to do was equally as fun and I’m happy we got to see some touristy stuff around the area.
The view from the top of the Ferris Wheel is breathtaking, and because we had a gondola all to ourselves it was quite peaceful.
The following day we did some hiking in Seattle, which was a journey in itself. I hope to return soon, but for now I wanted to share my weekend in the North-West (which was oddly warm and rain-less the entire time we stayed).
