I’d like to introduce the newest addition to my apothecary cabinet – “Crampbark” Medicinal Honey, a healing blend of several formulas which I use to create one master serum. I use a crampbark tincture, a crampbark herbal honey and an herbal decoction of pure organic dried crampbark. I blend them into one fluid tonic which I call honey tonic. For this particular one I used crampbark.
I have always found crampbark to be a very gentle soothing herb, with absolutely no side effects. It’s main purpose is to relax and heal tired aching muscles. It’s nature’s muscle relaxant, and it works wonders on sprains, back ache, headache, and overall tension. This particular formula is an extra packed punch of crampbark magic!
